So I, like everyone else, bought the Keurig because it was the only unit on the market that offered the choice of either using the proprietary coffee pods or your own coffee. I am a heavy user (grad student) and would simply not be able to afford the actual k-cups all the time. I now keep them around for visiting friends or those days when I need to brew a quick cup before going somewhere (of course I splurge every now and then and have a couple of cups of Coffee People Jet Fuel or Black Tiger).

My K-Cup has saved me loads of cash and to date, it has lasted 6 months of heavy use (6 to 10 cups per day) I am not sure how folks are breaking theirs regularly. Below are some hints that I use for brewing a strong cup of coffee.

1. Best Cup of Coffee. First you must start with good coffee to brew good coffee. Max-house just isn't going to do the trick. The strongest mass-market brand I have found is Folgers Black Silk which may be good for those who like it semi-strong. I find, however, that purchasing premium coffee by the pound is still much cheaper than the branded k-cups. For real strong coffee you should experiment with "SB" Italian Roast, French Roast and Espresso Roast found in your local grocery store or here on Amazon. Not to mention if you read the coffee bag closely you will discover that an empty bag can be traded for free cup at your local SB store. I also find that if I buy the bag in whole bean and use the store's self-serve grinder to grind it down to the setting right between drip (course grind) and espresso (fine grind), I get a better brew out of the My K-cup. Be advised however, at the bottom of your coffee cup will likely have some very fine grinds in it (not at all like getting regular grounds in your coffee, these will be very fine and mostly noticeable by sight alone when all the coffee is gone).

2. Rapid Fire Use of a Single My K-cup. Now, everyone knows that when the big name coffee chain store makes your espresso, they do not wash out the little handle thing that the grounds go in. instead, they simply bang it in the trash and refill it with fresh grounds and then brew. So why would we insist on rinsing with water every time we want to make a successive cup of coffee. Instead, here is what I do: Take the filter basket over to your trash can and hold it upside down with two fingers. Now flick the plastic between the screens (all 4 of them) a time or two. Then give one final flick on the bottom and it should be clean enough to simply fill it back up again and brew another cup. For the first brew of the day, I usually do a full cleaning of My K-Cup. An additional hint is that I bought a nice stainless steel canister to hold my bulk bought coffee and I use a stainless steel teaspoon measuring spoon as my scooper. Using a teaspoon scooper allows me to get coffee into the filter basket without getting it all over the sides of My K-cup and the counter.

Only buy this if you want a mess and a headache. Following the instructions exactly is no help. Water will leak all over the counter and under the coffeemaker, your coffee will be weak, and grounds will enter your cup. I wish I knew how those with positive reviews got it to work, but after multiple attempts with various alterations to method, no joy.

I have mixed feelings about the My K-Cup adapter. First things first, It DOES work, however, you have to have a great deal of patience. Using V. Germano's *tweak* is a necessity but it's just a start. Next, you have to carefully pick your grind. Very Fine or Espresso seem to yield the best results. Turkish is ok but it gets a little messy due to the small filter size. I have the B60 and like to a have a larger cup of coffee (9.25 0z), medium or coarse grinds don't deliver the taste I like in the bigger cup, they do seem adequate for the smaller cups though. You also have to gently tap the coffee to make sure it's not moving around too much, this helps slow down the water. All this hard work does pay off quite nicely, I just wish it didn't have to be such a science project. So to recap:

1) Use the tweak mentioned by V. Germano.
2) Pick your grind in accordance to your cup size.
3) Gently tap grounds to secure them in filter.

After using for 3 weeks I'm happy with this product but I guess I could be happier, just a little.

I've been using this item for around a week now. I love the idea because my biggest gripe about the whole k-cup system is the amount of waste it produces. Well, rather than use this, I'll continue using prepacked k-cups and maybe walk to the store a few more times per month to make up for it.

The ground coffee that I'm using, Cafe Du Monde's coffee and chicory blend, tastes amazing using a traditional coffee pot, but for some reason it tastes like overcooked vegetables in the Keurig. Perhaps this drip method isn't precisely the same as a more traditional machine? I don't know. I can live with a certain coffee type not lending itself to a certain brewing type; that's common.

My major gripe with this filter is IT GETS GROUNDS EVERYWHERE. Filled only halfway (well below the recommended fill line), brewing causes grounds to cake onto the water mechanism and overflow the filter altogether, leaving tons of floaters on your next use unless you perform a pretty thorough cleaning of the unit. As the whole idea of the Keurig is to make it easy to make a single cup of coffee, this is a major flaw, and why I can't recommend "My K-Cup" in the least.

If you like other Green Mountain flavored coffees, especially if you like the other seasonal light-roast flavors, you will probably like this one. I really liked the Green Mountain Blue-Berry and thought I would try this and am very pleased. It seems like a great fit for the fall. The flavor and aroma seem a bit stronger than in the blue-berry. Like the blue-berry, this is a light roast. At first I thought light would mean weak, but it seems like the perfect match for the flavor so that it is still coffee and nicely flavored without either over-powering the other. It is nothing like a starbucks. So if you want a strong coffee taste above all, then this isn't one for you, but if you want a nice flavored light coffee, I think it is great.

Like other flavored coffees, you should only brew this on the normal default coffee cup size (6oz) on the Keurig brewer or you will water it down if you use the mug size or larger.

This is my favorite K-cup coffee for my Keurig. However, I like the idea of buying my k-cups at for 2 boxes of 25 (50 k-cups totalling 40 cents for each cup). If you buy this box at .99 for 18 k-cups, you're paying about 44 cents per cup. That's not bad but you still have to pay for shipping costs no matter how big you make your order.

I guess we might have to write to Van Houtte Coffees directly and ask them why this isn't available at for 2 boxes of 25. (UPDATE: Now it's about .00) We should also ask Van Houtte why other distributors are selling Van Houtte coffees at a lower cost than they themselves, the original source company.

Just like, if you own a Honda. You're better off buying Honda parts from an outside source instead of a Honda parts and service source directly. Honda sells their own parts at an unfair, unreasonable, non-competative mark-up price.

So, as for our favorite K-cups, most of those initial K-cup distributors charge more than other outside sources. The initial price per k-cup through those original source distributors are averaging about 55 cents per K-cup. Even if they have free shipping on larger orders that's still 55 cents per cup minimum.

Stick with Amazon though for the best price. Check and make sure you can get free shipping too. We can find better prices. Believe me.

I was very pleased to see an organic K-cup coffee. I decided to go for Emeril's brand because of his fabulous reputation. I made the right choice. At first I thought maybe the French roast would be too strong, but it really is quite bold and good, mellow with no bitter after taste. Even though I use half and half in my coffee, Emeril's French Roast would not be hard to take drinking it black. I like a rich good tasting coffee without a strong bitter taste, which some French roast coffees can leave you with. I will order Emeril's organic French Quarter Roast again.

Even though I would marry my Keurig (simplicity, consistency, brilliant!), I've yet to find a k-cup that I *love*. With coffee I generally go decaf, and Green Mountain does decaf well. The hazelnut flavor is nice, not overwhelming. But overall it's a cup of coffee that, while very good, won't keep you salivating for your next one.

In my humble opinion as a life long coffee addict, this is the best K-Cup flavor available.
When drinking a cup of this you will be treated to a strong full coffee taste, without any bitterness.

My biggest gripe with the Keurig pods is that the coffee is too weak so I always try the bold varieties. I think I met my match with this one though. Its almost too strong for me. I take my coffee black and this one has just a hint of bitterness. I have to use the tallest coffee cup setting when I use this pod. Dont get me wrong...its a good cup of joe but for my taste I think I like the Emerill bold pods a tad better.

On the plus side you can often reuse this pod for a second cup as its strong enough to still make a good cup second time around.

Of course this isn't pure Kona coffee, but it is a magnificent, medium bodied Kona "blend." Tully's has great coffee, period. When I lived in Seattle, I'd go out of my way to find Tully's shops, as they were my favorite in our nation's coffee capital.

Ive been trying a few different brands and blends of k-cups recently and this one is by far my least favorite. To compare, i have just finished a caribou blend box, a newmans organic dark roast box, etc. I tend to like a medium strength coffee and i find the darker roasts work better for me-i tried the tullys black with sugar, and immediatly got this burnt cigarette aftertaste- long time coffee drinkers know this taste-ugh. I havent gotten this aftertaste with the other brands. I tried the tullys again, with milk and sugar, which is my usual preparation-i thought this might mask that flavor, but i can still taste it. I am dissatisfied with this brand, and i wont buy it again, too much wasted money with the boxes being 10 bucks each.

I have the Keurig Platinum Series and brew this peppermint tea on the 10 oz setting. I have not tried it on the other settings sizes. On the 10 oz setting, the tea comes out very smooth and without any bitterness or after taste at all. It is a very soothing tea. I highly recommend it!

Enjoying a cup of coffee is not a great option for me because I only enjoy it with a lot of high calorie creamer. I have been buying the Gloria and Green Mountain hot chocolates because they are only 1 WW (Weight Watcher) points. However, they always tasted watery and were just something I drank out of necessity to fill the void of snacking.

Fast forward 50 pounds lighter and I purchased the Cafe Escapes Chai Latte and Dark Hot Chocolate at Bed Bath and Beyond (because it was all they carried and Amazon quit carrying the other brands) and I have never been so surprised! What a fantastic flavor! The Latte is 2 WW points and the Dark hot chocolate is 1 WW point. I can even use the highest water option and I still get a rich full taste.

If you are looking for an alternative to coffee, this will not disappoint!

The only way I could be happier this Holiday Season if Amazon started carrying this product with Prime shipping!

I've been a Green Mountain Coffee fan for years, but when Amazon was out of stock... I decided to give Coffee People another try. I've had a few cups before that were included with my coffee maker, but none were of the bold variety.

By far, my favorite of the bunch is Wake Up Call. It's bold without tasting like French Roast (which is also included and a good flavor, but I'm not always in the mood for it). The others that are included are Black Tiger, Coffee People Organic, and Decaf French Roast.

The best so far for Kcups - D. White -
As a lot of people have mentioned, Kcup brewing usually makes for weak coffee. The Kcup gets pierced right in the middle at the top and bottom, the water is sent right down the middle, so there is very little contact between the hot water and the coffee. The design would be better if there were multiple piercings at the top. If you drink it black, you need this one. Not bitter, but more dark than most.

One of the big advantages of owning a K-cup brewer is the ability to make a hot beverage for just one person and make whatever they want (as long as you have it). During the holidays hot cocoa is a favorite drink for the young people in my family as well as anyone wanting a hot and sweet drink. Since I got my Keurig I have experimented with several different hot cocoa K-cups. So far, the Green Mountain has been the preferred K-cup, especially by the adults (there are some sweeter ones out there that some of the children like better). When I saw this new Cafe Escapes Dark Chocolate I decided to give it a try.

The first thing that I noticed was that it is made by Green Mountain! A couple of interesting notes on the box:

* You should shake the K-cup before using
* They suggest using the 8 oz. cup size
* They recommend that you run a hot water brew cycle (without a K-cup) after brewing the Cafe Escapes

It did taste a little richer than the regular Green Mountain Hot Cocoa but I didn't get the Dark Chocolate taste that I was hoping for. I also like it better when I used the next smaller cup size on my Keurig B70 (about 5 1/2 oz.). It's not as good as the Ghirardelli packets made for the Keurig but it's more convenient. I like it better than the Gloria Jeans which tends to be a little sweeter and lighter on the chocolate taste. There is not getting around the fact that the best hot chocolate drink is the one that you make yourself with milk, cocoa and sugar, but this is still very good and I will buy it again.

I've only tried two k-cup hot chocolates so far, but this one is pretty spot on. The Green Mountain Hot Cocoa is okay, but it's not very chocolately and a little watered down. This product, the Cafe Escapes Dark Chocolate, tastes just like the kind of hot chocolate you'd get at a ball game or a Christmas tree farm. It's not super creamy or homemade, but if you're looking for homemade hot chocolate, honestly you're going to have to make it yourself. That's the only way to find that taste.

I don't know that I'd call this "dark" chocolate, but it's exactly what I was expecting and looking for.

HOWEVER do NOT waste your money and buy this from the "Deals on Call" seller. They've knocked the price way up and will rip you off. I had to get it in time for Christmas, so I bought it through the "fulfilled by Amazon" option [...]. It arrived with a Bed, Bath, and Beyond price sticker on it [...]. That price difference just can't be justified, and I find it very poor business to be selling things with other companies price tags on them. This isn't a reputable company.

I bought this after reading high reviews in various places about how this is supposed to be one of the best hot cocoas. It does a better job of getting the flavor of cocoa out than others have but the improvements are ruined by the inclusion of sucralose. It provides that off putting after taste to the whole thing. If you don't mind the taste of sucralose/splenda then this is probably pretty good for you. I just really wish they'd just used sugar for the whole thing. Oh well, back to cocoa packets for now.

I am one of those people who must have a cup of coffee to start my day. I usually don't have more than one cup a day, so that one cup is very important to me. Coffee People Organic Extra Bold definitely gets a spot in the rotation. Nice, rich flavor -- not overly-burnt like some roasts, and not kind of watery like others. This coffee is good on the medium cup setting, but I like the bite of putting it on the small cup setting sometimes, too. Just good, solid coffee. I would probably say this and Jet Fuel are the two best extra bold K-Cups I have had so far. And kudos for getting rid of extra packaging!

Like many that have gone to K Cup coffee, we have tried a bunch. Without a question, this is always a coffee that will be in our stock as it is not too strong and not too light. When we go for a strong cup of coffee, deep and dark, this isn't it, but for another cup of coffee after a good jolt, well this one is terrific, smooth and robust. And the price point of buying in the 50 box from Amazon is really hard to beat. A great cup of coffee.

I don't know if most people know this or not, but in Japan we put loose green tea leaves in a pot and just keep pouring hot water over it until the "taste" is too weak. All the water must be poured out after no more than 3 minutes or else the tea will be biter. Thats why most Japanese tea sets are so small. Green tea isn't meant to be left in a teapot like english teas. So my first cup of green tea was actually a little stronger than I am used to and I actually got 3 uses out of ONE k-cup. I highly recommend using them more than once if you are making the tea one cup after another....and it will save you MONEY!

Pleasant, full bodied tea! I feel the twinnings of the same tea is a full five stars and is amazingly good, so I have to take away one star due to me having had them side-by-side. That being said, this is good stuff and at the time of this review I am unable to find the twinnings, so I am buying this tea and enjoying it without complant.

I can drink coffee black and love it, but occasionally I like to add a little milk or a little cream. So far, most of the K-cups are too strong to add cream.. meaning if you add cream, it still just tastes like black coffee so you might as well drink it black. Morning Edition is perfect. It tastes great black, but you can add cream and it tastes like coffee with cream. My sister who loves creamer hated my k-cups because she said she had to use too much creamer. Now I finally have a cup that she loves, that I can drink both ways and it still pleases my husband who loves it black! Will continue to buy it monthly!

We got the Kahlua and Gloria Jean's Vanilla coffee pods to try. I drink the Kahlua; my wife the vanilla. Both are mild blends with no bitterness. I get a hint of the distinctive Kahlua taste more from the coffee's smell than its taste. It has become my favorite. While I can't speak to the qualities/characteristics of Gloria Jeans' vanilla, I've noticed it has become my wife's favorite.

They changed this product, it used to have hazelnut, now it has "Mudslide". There is no need to have both Swiss Chocolate Almond and Mudslide in the same package while sacrificing the Hazelnut. However, all the coffee is yummy - I just miss having my occasional cup of Hazelnut.

I'm not what most people would call a coffee drinker. I love an occasional cup but I don't have to have coffee everyday. Being able to brew a single cup at home using my Keurig Brewer instead of running to St@rbuck$ saves a bunch of money. Timothy's World Coffee is some of the best tasting coffee around. I prefer the rich bolder blends. I got the variety pack, as it allows me to taste different kinds and find out what I like and what I don't. My shipment came very quickly and was well packed. I have been enjoying my occasional cup of java a bit more often since it arrived.

I do wish they would leave out the teas they included. I want coffee not tea. In addition, if I wanted decaf I would have ordered decaf. They could have left the decaf out too. Otherwise its a pretty good mix.

Flavored coffees are a vast improvement over the bitter, standardized coffee from the past. Manufacturers have created some tasty concoctions with their coffee, and Green Mountain is one of the recent pioneers in this crowded field. This company makes many different coffees; some more traditional in flavor and others a combination of fruit and other taste sensations. Wild Mountain Blueberry is one of the fruity blends and it ranks as one of my favorites in the fruit/coffee section of the market.

Green Mountain Wild Mountain Blueberry Coffee sounded unusual when I first heard about it. I wasn't so sure the flavor of blueberries would match the taste of coffee. But this product easily exceeded my expectations and I can now see why so many people rave about this coffee. The scent alone is very enticing, with its blueberry muffin- like nose and caramel undertones. The taste is also very nice, with flavors of blueberry, coffee, caramel, and a touch of butter. I appreciate that Green Mountain decided to go easy on the blueberry flavor when they formulated this coffee. Too much fruit flavor would take away from the contributions from the coffee. The balance here is very nice.

This coffee product is sweeter than the average brew and it would make a great beverage for a hot breakfast. My experience with this flavored coffee has been confined to the workplace, but I have sampled a cup or two in the mornings when breakfast has been served at my place of employment. The taste is perfectly compatible with most any breakfast food and it made my breakfast even better than usual.

I like coffee much more today than I did in the past, and the main reason for my newfound interest is the plethora of flavors offered by so many different manufacturers. Green Mountain Wild Mountain Blueberry Coffee is one of hundreds of flavored blends and it offers a tasty alternative to the average brew. I love blueberries, and this flavored coffee offers a nicely balanced hot beverage that tastes good with food or all by itself.

If you like other Green Mountain flavored coffees, especially if you like the other seasonal light-roast flavors, you will probably like this one. It seems like a great fit for the summer. The blueberry flavor and aroma are subtle, but seems perfect. It tastes more like coffee than blueberry. It is definitely a coffee, not a blueberry drink. This is a light roast. At first I thought light would mean weak, but it seems like the perfect match for the flavor. It is nothing like a starbucks. So if you want a strong coffee taste above all, then this isn't one for you, but if you want a nice flavored light coffee, I think it is great.

Like other flavored coffees, you should only brew this on the normal default coffee cup size (6oz) on the Keurig brewer or you will water it down if you use the mug size or larger.

I love the Keurig machine. I love this tea. It is wonderful hot or iced. I just got the Keurig 70 which now has an ice tea setting but if you don't this is all you do. Take a glass, fill with ice, pop in the K-cup and use the smallest cup setting. If you like sugar in your tea put it right over the ice so that the hot tea helps to dissolve the sugar. This also works for iced coffee. What I like to do is pour the ice, sugar and freshly brewed tea into my shaker, shake until blended and then pour over fresh ice. I make a double cup everyday to take to work. Hey they sell "shaken tea" at Starbuck's and charge a whole lot more for it so make your own.

I love pomegranate, I love berries, and I love iced tea. Sadly, I don't love this product as an iced tea. It has an artificial flavor that seems a bit cloying to me. Everyone's taste is different, and this one just doesn't cut it for me.

Instead, I highly recommend Gloria Jean's Passion Fruit (Amazon is out of stock). To make iced tea easily in a Keurig, you need a very strong glass that won't break when taken from boiling to freezing. (Crate & Barrel's excellent Large Working Glass is the strongest I've found that still looks good.) In a 21-ounce glass, put your sweetener in -- 1.75 teaspoons of Splenda for me, 1.25 t for my husband -- then brew a MEDIUM cup of tea. Add ice to almost fill the glass. The ice will melt easily and will end up to be 1/4 of the total volume. Stir and drink.

I am a coffee drinker of the first order. I used to drink a couple pots a day, but now I've cut way, way back, so now that I'm not into quantity, I'm into quality. I really enjoy, really savior a good cuppa joe. I've given up my Mr. Coffee and now have a Keurig Home Brewing System and I make my coffee a cup at a time and I really love it. It only takes a minute to make a cup and each cup is different, depending on my mood.

I've been drinking K-cup coffee for a couple years now and have more of these little cups in my house than you can shake a stick at. For awhile I used a Chrome Carosel, made by Keurig, but I had to keep filling it and also it was kind of clumsy for me. Besides, my coffee affliction is way to huge to be held down to a little spinning coffee merry-go-round.

For the first few months my coffee problem went spinning out of control. I had boxes and boxes of coffee in my pantry, refrigerator, cupboards, garage, even in the trunk of my car, but now I've sort of got my gourmet coffee disorder in hand and down to twenty-eight flavors.

For Breakfast I have my favorite seven and they are: Timothy's World Coffee, Extra Bold Fair Trade Nicaraguan, Timothy's World Coffee, Midnight Magic, Bold, Timothy's World Coffee, Kona Blend, Tully's French Roast Coffee K-Cups, Coffee People Bold Black Tiger Dark Roast, Timothy's World Coffee, Morning Blend and Coffee People Coffee, Wake Up Call Bold.

For Lunch I have my favorite seven and they are: Gloria Jean's Coffees Hazelnut Coffee, Emeril's K-cups, Big Easy Bold, Gloria Jean's Coffees, Black Gold Extra Bold, Timothy's World Coffee, Private Blend, Timothy's World Coffee, Extra Bold Parisian Nights, Timothy's World Coffee, Colombian La Vereda and Gloria Jean's Coffees GJ Special Blend

And for dinner, yes I drink coffee in the evening as well, but that's not so bad, considering I don't drink alcohol, don't smoke, don't eat sweets and eat very little meat. Sometimes I'll eat meat, but not often, so a cup of coffee with dinner doesn't seem so bad, considering. If it kept me up at night, well then that would be different, but it doesn't.

Anyway for dinner I'll drink one of these seven: Tully's Full City Roast Coffee, Gloria Jean's Coffee, Mudslide, Timothy's World Coffee, Italian Blend, Green Mountain Coffee K-Cups Dark Magic Extra Bold, Green Mountain Coffee Nantucket Blend, Timothy's World Coffee, San Lorenzo Dark and Gloria Jean's Coffee, Classic Reserve.

And then there is my absolute favorite, number twenty-two and that is Extra Bold Rainforest Espresso, a Timothy's World Coffee.

I keep my k-cups in three large assorted tupperware tubs, marked in red sharpie, of course, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. So when I reach into the breakfast tub for example, I never know which of the seven flavors that I'm going to wind up with. I don't drink coffee during my meal, but afterwards, instead of desert. It's a quiet time for me. I think and reflect over my coffee as I delight in each and every sip. I know for some, having twenty-two different flavors of coffee in my kitchen might seem a bit much, maybe even a bit quirky, well everyone's gotta have their quirks, besides, I've cut way down.

Now, about that twenty-second flavor. When I absolutely have to have an extra cup during that quiet, coffee drinking them, then that's the flavor I go for. How often does that happen, when one cup isn't enough? Only about once a day. Still, from two pots a java a day, down to four cups, is a pretty good thing, I'm not as wired as I used to be, but let's face it, I'm still running on coffee. That's not so bad though, better a coffee crutch than something else.

In my opinion these are the twenty-two best cups of joy in the whole wide world. At least the best twenty-two flavors I've come across in the hundreds I've tried. But please don't take my word as gospel, everybody's different. You have to dive right right in, take a chance, try several flavors till you find the one or the twenty-two that you like best.

I recently purchased Tully's Full City Roast, as well as Tully's House Blend. They are both excellent, but personally, I am giving the Full City Roast a 4, and the House Blend a 5. I prefer the House Blend by a small margin, but these have both become some of my favorite K-Cups, along with Gloria Jean's Black Gold, Timothy's Rainforest Espresso and Midnight Magic, and Coffee People Donut Shop. With the others, I sometimes need to be in the mood for them, but with the Tully's, I can pretty much drink them anytime. I'll keep the Full City Roast around.

In terms of green teas available in K-Cup form this is definitely the best. It's not quite what you can get out of some signature or scoop-it-yourself, fancy infuser teas, but it does the trick.

I use the smallest cup setting on my Keureg for these and they turn out great. It's perfect for your quick cup of tea or morning rush as well. It's just strong enough that you can get a great amount of flavor without it being overkill.

General health information makes it attractive, a decent value and a regular in my day-to-day life.

Wasn't sure exactly how a Serenity Green Tea would differ from a normal green tea. Obviously, it's a marketing term but it made me laugh after tasting the brew. I choose the largest setting (9oz) since most K Cup teas brew a bit too dark for my taste buds. Even on the largest setting, the cup came out tasting very bitter. Not exactly what I would consider "serenity" inducing.

Taste is what I would expect for a green tea, but the overall bitter taste took away from the taste. I think there are other green tea choices in the K cups that I would choose over this brand such as Twinings Green Tea, K-Cups for Keurig Brewers, 25-Count Boxes (Pack of 2).

I ordered (4) boxes of this tea recently because it was on sale (2 boxes of 25 each for .00). The price was right, but I was a bit disappointed as when the tea arrived today, there were no dates stamped on any of the boxes, leading me to wonder "How old is this tea"? I did try a cup, and while it is not terrible, it is not great either. It is not as good as other K-Cup English Breakfast teas I have purchased in the past.

So without a date, and without trying Gloria Jean's tea previously, I'm going to conclude, it may not be so much the brand, as it is the freshness. Somewhat disappointing, as ALL K-Kup coffees and teas that I've purchased in the store, have date stamps on the box.

Some type of k-cup tea, which tasted quite good, had come with a variety pack that was purchased with our Keurig coffee maker. Though I use the Keurig mainly for coffee, I decided to try ordering some English Breakfast tea, and Gloria Jean's was the only brand I noticed via Amazon. It's not unpleasant, but rather on the weak side, even when we use the least-water brew setting. I'm sure many of their products are good.

I was very pleased with this order! Finally a very bold blend but I was surprized by the definitely nutty finish. This is a great departure from the other coffees that taste the same from start of sip to end. With the Sumatran Reserve, you get an excellent strong coffee taste while sipping but a great nutmeg-like aftertaste.

Another thing, this has to be the highest caffeine blend I've tried so far. It really wakes me up in the morning! But I move to a milder blend like Kona or Dietrich for the afternoons.

A big thumbs up for a non-flavored coffee.

I've been going through many k cups, primarily bold, for some time. After finding a couple that I like, I ran across Sumatran Reserve... WOW! This is what I was looking for. Great, bold flavor, but without the bitterness. This one ranks my favorite k cup.

First the Keurig coffee maker is great. Make one cup anytime you're in the mood and you get great, hot coffee without the mess. My favorite bold coffee is the Sumatran Reserve. It has a nice strong flavor. If you like your coffee light with plenty of milk or cream this is not for you.

I've tried at least eight different kinds of k-cups not including all the horrible free ones you get in the box. Normally the coffee is weak. THIS one finally comes close to that Starbucks flavor -- if you like a more pungent, burnt flavor that you get with European dark roasts.

In my opinion I can't stomach this blend without creme. Good tasting. It's mild enough to not be bitter, yet strong enough to have a slight boldness.

The K-cups are OK quality. I've heard of some manufacturer's using bad materials to make their k-cups. Timothy's does the trick.

These cups are for K-cup, single-serve machines. It's not for regular coffee makers. If you don't know what "K-cup" means, this isn't for you.

I've tried Timothy's Kona before and it was a good cup of coffee. This time though it's like drinking tasteless warm water. Either they packed the wrong brew or it's changed. I don't know, but I just don't get much coffee taste from this Kona K-cup.

Great find on Amazon! I had not found a decaf K-cup tea on any of the regular K-cup sties ... most decaf offerings were green tea or herbal. (Green tea is prohibited if you take the prescription drug Coumadin)

Smooth and flavorful, does not brew as dark as using a tea bag, but just as rich.

Priced below other teas on other sites and arrived nicely packaged, no extra packaging to dispose of!

The best feature of this purchase was the use by date ... over 12 months away. Other sites have sent coffee and teas that had sell by dates within 3 months!

I now use Amazon for all my K-cups because of price and service!

I was very pleasantly surprised that the taste and brew strength of the tea are of the best quality ... especially for a decaffeinated blend. I've made numerous cups and never once had the problem of tea leaves seeping through the k-cup, as mentioned by some reviewers. It's a great way to make a quick cup of tea and I highly recommend this product.

I've been sampling many of the K-cups, and found one I can see re-ordering, the Diedrich Columbia. I prefer extra-bold coffees, and my husband prefers medium; we both agree that this is a smooth, great tasting, bold cup of coffee, he just adds a little more cream to his.
Highly recommended; I have added it to my subscribe and save list.
Now, if Amazon would only add the Green Mountain Newman's Organic at a great price, I would buy my all of K-cups exclusively here!

This is a mild, smooth blend. I really enjoy it. If you like dark strong coffee don't buy this. I also like this blend because I don't get caffiene jitters from it. If you are caff sensitive but need a cup of reg coffee now and then this would work for you. Off to order some Columbia!
